Water Tank - rinse daily. Drip Tray - empty when the floating indicator is visible above the grid. Milk Frother Glass, Lid, Whisker & Steam Spout - after each use. These parts can be placed in the dishwasher. Spent Capsule Drawer - clean after 10 coffees made, or every 2-3 days. Remember, never use solvents, alcohol or other aggressive substances. Lukewarm water and a non-abrasive sponge will be perfect.

We recommend you use an Electrolux descaling solution. This can be purchased from Harvey Norman or any Electrolux stockist. Remember, never use vinegar to descale your machine. Your Premium Milk by Electrolux machine will need descaling every 2-3 months, depending on your water hardness, or whenever you notice a reduction in water flow. Refer to your machine manual and descaling solution pack for instructions.

Your machine may have a limescale build-up. Follow the instructions in your Premium Milk by Electrolux manual to descale/decalcify your machine.

Your spent capsule drawer may be full or your capsule may not be fitted correctly. Empty the spent capsule drawer and check your capsule position. Repeat the sequence, open and close the lever; if this does not resolve the issue, disconnect your Premium Milk by Electrolux from the power supply and manually to remove your capsule from the compartment.

Your capsule may already be used. Open the lever and insert a new coffee capsule.

To prime the circuit, run the Latte function one time by pressing the Latte button with water in the milk glass. Once this is complete, place a glass under the coffee spout and run the fresh water through the coffee spout by pressing the Espresso Lungo button.

Always use milk at refrigerator temperature. 3. Your hot water and steam dispensing spout may be clogged. Follow the instructions in your machine manual to clean your dispensing spout.

The milk was most likely not filled according to the Cappuccino and Latte line. Decrease or increase the milk amount to this line.
