We recommend you clean your coffee dispenser weekly and your excess water and drip tray after 10 coffees made, or every 2-3 days. Remember, never use solvents, alcohol or other aggressive substances. Lukewarm water and a non-abrasive sponge will be perfect..
We recommend you use an Electrolux descaling solution. This can be purchased from Harvey Norman or any Electrolux stockist. Remember, never use vinegar to descale your machine. Your Minù machine will need descaling every 2-3 months, depending on your water hardness, or whenever you notice a reduction in water flow. Refer to your machine manual and descaling solution pack for instructions.
You may not have water in the tank. Check levels and top up with fresh drinking water.
