Water Tank - rinse daily. Spent Capsule Container - empty and rinse every 2-3 days or after 10 brewed coffees. Drip Tray - empty when the waste water level indicator is visible above the grid. Coffee Spout - after each use. Pull the spout fully down and remove it by pulling towards you. The drip tray, drip tray grid and spent capsule container can be placed in the dishwasher. Remember, never use solvents, alcohol or other aggressive substances. Lukewarm water and a non-abrasive sponge will be perfect.

We recommend you use an Electrolux descaling solution. This can be purchased from Harvey Norman or any Electrolux stockist. Remember, never use vinegar to descale your machine. Your Favola Easy machine will need descaling every 2-3 months, depending on your water hardness, or whenever you notice a reduction in water flow. Refer to your machine manual and descaling solution pack for instructions.

Your machine may have a limescale build-up. Follow the instructions in your Favola Easy manual to descale/decalcify your machine.

You may not have water in the tank, blocking the auto primer. Check levels and top up with fresh drinking water. 1. Prime the water circuit - place a bowl (0.5 litre capacity min.) under the coffee spout, press the Espresso button once and run 1/2 the water tank then press the Espresso button again to stop. 2. Check the water tank is correctly fitted and positioned.

Your spent capsule drawer may be full or your capsule may not be fitted correctly. Empty the spent capsule drawer and check your capsule position. Repeat the sequence, open and close the lever; if this does not resolve the issue, disconnect your Favola Easy from the power supply and manually to remove your capsule from the compartment.

Your capsule may already be used. Open the lever and insert a new coffee capsule.

Your Favola Easy dispensing spout is most likely clogged. Clean the coffee spout by running the machine without a capsule.
