How To Make A Claim
Purchase a Fantasia, Premium Milk by Electrolux, Premium by Electrolux, Classic by Electrolux, Favola Easy, Simpla, Espria, Minu or Espria coffee machine from any participating retailer nationally between 9:00am AEDST 1st August 2015 and close of business on 6th September 2015, retaining the original purchase receipt.
SUBMIT YOUR CLAIM
Complete the online claim form by filling in the details requested (including BSB and bank account number) within 19 days of the purchase date. A copy of the receipt must be included.
Option 1 - Claim online for fast processing: Upload a scanned copy or photograph of the original purchase receipt (2MB limit) with your claim OR
Option 2 - Post claim: Print the online claim form so you can complete all required fields by hand. Post it, together with a photocopy of the purchase receipt to:

Upon submission of your claim you will receive an email within 10 working days advising you if your claim has been successfully validated. If your claim has been rejected, the email will provide you with generic feedback as to why your claim is invalid. Successful claimants will be awarded either $100, $50 or $30 cash back, depending on the participating product purchased, in the form of an electronic transfer into their nominated bank account.
