What happens if I return my Lavazza A Modo Mio capsule coffee machine?
For any reason other then straight swap for the same machine, claimants will be deemed invalid, and if claimants have already received their $100 or $50 cash back, they will be required to return the cash back at their own cost.

How can I enter the promotion?
To enter, follow the below steps:
• Purchase a Lavazza A Modo Mio Fantasia, Premium Milk, Espria, Premium, Classic, Favola Easy, Minu or Simpla from a participating retailer nationally between 9am AEST on 1st August 2015 and 11:59pm AEST on 6th September 2015.
• Within 19 days of the purchase date and time, visit www.lavazza.com.au/promo and complete the online form by filling in the details requested (including BSB and bank account number) and finalise the claim by choosing one of the following two options:
1. Upload a scanned copy or photograph (2MB limit) of the original purchase receipt and submit the claim online for verification.
2. Print off the online claim form containing the details requested and send together with a photocopy of the purchase receipt to:
